1. Subscription Overview
By enrolling in the PRO+ Home Plan, you agree to the terms outlined below. This plan provides access to annual maintenance, priority service, and exclusive member discounts.
2. Per Household Policy
Each household or unit must enroll separately. Multi-family properties are eligible, but each unit must subscribe individually. A single subscription cannot cover multiple families or apartments within one building.
3. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, based on the plan you select at checkout.

Your billing cycle begins the day you sign up.

A valid payment method must be kept on file to avoid service interruptions.
4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund any past payments.

Subscription benefits remain active through the end of your current billing period.
5. No Refunds
All subscription payments are final. We do not issue refunds for:

Unused services
-
Partial billing cycles
-
Mid-cycle cancellations
6. Service Eligibility
Certain benefits become available after an initial waiting period:

Drain cleaning, water heater flush, and labor discounts (15%) are available only after 1 full month of active membership.

All benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the subscribed household.
7. Emergency Response Time
Subscribers receive priority emergency response within 12 hours for qualifying issues.
Eligibility is determined at the discretion of PRO P&H Mechanical. Response times may vary during high-demand periods.
8. Service Area Limitations
Subscriptions are valid only within PRO P&H Mechanical’s designated service areas.
If your address is outside our coverage, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and notify you accordingly.
9. Updates to Terms
PRO P&H Mechanical reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page.
