Per Household Plan – Multi-family homes are eligible, but each unit must enroll individually. One subscription cannot cover multiple families in the same building.

No Refunds – All payments are final. Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund past charges.

Cancel Anytime – You can cancel your plan at any time. Your benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Service Eligibility – Benefits such as drain cleaning, water heater flush, and labor discounts become available after 1 full month of active membership.
